Get pre- qualifiied with a lender

 A Lender Pre-Qualification Letter; it is absolutely a necessity in today's Real Estate market. An agent cannot present an offer that will be looked at seriously for any available property without a pre-qualification letter and/or  if you're paying cash; a letter from a qualified financial institution stating you have the funds available to purchase the property. The world has changed and just saying you have the whereabouts to purchase a property will not work an offer must have validity.

Previewing properties

The Weather in Las Vegas varies from cold to very, very hot. Check with me or national weather to decide what clothes to wear. Be sure to bring appropriate foot wear. Please make me aware of any health issues before we start a property tour.

Make appointments early !

Please be sure to schedule appointments with me early enough so I may properly set up your viewing schedule with seller's and provide you with the necessary paperwork for viewing the properties you select.

I provide a complete "buyer's package"  including multiple listing printout, taxes & history of the property to be viewed, along with copies of the current Greater Las Vegas Realtor Association purchase agreement and the disclosures and even more details, if requested.

This paperwork is for my clients to preview at their leisure, the information insures a buyer is able to enter into a purchase transaction, comfortably educated and with less stress.
